The Killer (The Dark One)

A Humanoid Killer it can torment the survivor's minds using its power Irradiated Evolution. Its perks are Wasteland Crawler, Psychic Destruction, and Hex Ghost in the Ashes.

Movement Speed: 4.6 meters

Weapon: Claw

Terror Radius: 32 meters

The Dark One's Lore:

In the remnants of post nuclear bomb Moscow Russia, a new step in evolution was born. While most humans hid underground in the Metro's some remained above ground and evolved into the Dark One's large humanlike creatures who have developed powers that help them in the nuclear wastes. Dark Ones have been known to posses psychic powers like telepathy and can summon illusions. They survived on the surface until the humans caused their near extinction, one of the dark ones enraged at the loss of its kin lashed out in rage mourning those lost until a strange fog took it and forced it to inflict the same pain it feels onto others which it was happy oblige.

Irradiated Evolution:

Pressing the active abillity button will allow the Dark One to vanish in a puff of dark smoke allowing its movement speed to become 5 meters, in this form the dark one cannot see aura and survivors but gains killer instinct if the survivor is within 12 meters of the smoke. Once the Dark One leaves the smoke it goes on cooldown for 15 seconds before it can be used again. The Dark One can enter a survivors mind inflicting mental torment, once entering their mind causes the following effects until the Dark One is purged from the survivors mind:

•Blindness

•Exhausted

•Mangled

•Windows become blocked after it is vaulted once

The Dark One can use telepathy on all survivors at the same time, it is shown by a whispy dark cloud around the survivors picture when they are under the Dark One's psychic torment. Once a survivor has broken free of the psychic attack they cannot afflcited by it for 25 seconds. Survivors fall under psychic attack passively which takes 40 seconds, but when a survivor is chased it goes down faster.

Psychic Attack: if a survivor is being chased and the Dark One has entered the survivors mind it gains the abillity to unleash a attack at range dealing a health state using only its mind. This attack takes 5 seconds to lock on to the survivor which resets if a survivor breaks line of site.

Survivors can break free of the Dark Ones psychic onslaught by

•Pallet Stun (Instant)

•Flashlight Blind (gone after 10 seconds)

•Hiding in a locker (gone after 10 seconds)

The Dark One comes with 3 perks

Perk 1 Wasteland Crawler (You have evolved for this, they wont stop you now……)

Whenever your aura is revealed you gain the undetectable status effect for 10-15-20 seconds

Perk 2 Psychic Destruction (your abillity to mess with the human's minds has been heightend in this strange place…..)

Whenever you kick a generator that generator becomes compromised it will be highlighted in yellow. Once that gen is completed all survivors scream and become exposed for 20 seconds.

Perk 3 Hex Ghost in the Ashes (all who saw you swore that you were just a mirage in the dead cities above…..)

When the Exit Gates are powered you become undetectable for the rest of the trial. Once the hex is cleansed the effect is removed.
