Lot of blatant cheaters lately

In both my killer and survivor games I have had over 60% of my matches have blatant cheaters, currently spectating a match with one. I managed to have the killer kill me.

What happened?

    I've been monitoring a steam profile since May this year that keeps racking up the hours. I reported the guy multiple times with blatant video evidence of him speeding around the map, completely beyond reasonable doubt. I keep the Youtube vid of the report up, just in case BHVR didn't get around to seeing it yet, JUST IN CASE :D

    BHVR completely stopped banning I think. The usual excuse of "they just do it quarterly" is thus completely false. Unless they do it yearly if they still do… Either way they do it way too little or not at all, hence we see constant blatant flying, speeding, invisible hackers these days.
