    Same issue. Contacted support. Their help was basically this (this is in the correct order btw):

    1. Asking me to check the Spam, Junk and Promotions folders.
    2. Recommending whitelisting these email addresses and domains: amazonses.com, no-reply-behaviour-account@bhvr.com and deadbydaylight@mail.deadbydaylight.com
    3. Asking me to check the Communication Preferences and make sure all the necessary options are checked.
    4. Recommending me to keep an eye on upcoming promotions.

    This was all they could do they said. They also let me know they can't resend past promotions. So don't expect to receive the Halloween newsletter unfortunetely.

    1. I already checked the folders before contacting support.
    2. How is whitelisting going to help if I never received an email from other promotions in the first place? Their "filtered or delayed by your email provider" argument is not holding up, because how would that be the case if no email went to those folders or never got sent even though past promotions had possible delay?
    3. I already had the Communication Preferences checked long before contacting support.
    4. I've already kept an eye on upcoming promotions for a long time now without getting promotional emails.

    Literally the same EXACT thing happened to me. I even provided screenshots of newsletters I've been getting from years ago and did everything in my power to not only follow their instructions, but also do my own effort to get this to work. All of that just to be told "If you experience any other issues in the future feel free to reach out to us, we will always do our best to help. " If they couldn't help with this charm, why should I have ANY faith that they would be able to help in the future.

    Yeah, even sending emails is something BHVR struggle being competent at. Nothing new under the sun.

    This is so unsettling for me being as I’ve been playing this game for almost 8 years. Being told “well we can’t send you a customizable code to be able to redeem it or grant it to your account” isn’t true. They are more than capable to do it, just that they could care less that they haven’t actually sent the codes out to majority of their players. Makes it very upsetting and annoying.

    I really don't feel valued as a player. BHVR is being very gatekeep-y about free digital in-game items. We pay for this game, we pay for the DLC and cosmetics. BHVR just gave us the most disappointing Rift many of us have ever seen with an empty free track and an unremarkable paid track. No new content for months. The game is full of issues. And if any of us have problems claiming a free item, it's "Sorry, can't help. Better luck next time."

    Why are any of us supporting this game? Free items are to show your players you value their time and loyalty. Their purpose is not to be held hostage as an exclusive, but BHVR is focusing on the exclusivity rather than making sure any of us feel appreciated for sticking around.
