Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Abandon feature and survivor bots are the biggest mistake in DbD history

They shouldn't be in Dead by Daylight. It's the 2 biggest mistakes which promotes giving up mentality. Survivor matches quality dwindled when abandoning and survivor bots 'features' were added in.

Revert these added in 'features'. You shouldn't handhold quitters. You need to encourage survivors to keep playing and try their best in the game and not endorse giving up.

Most of the time abandoning is only usable when the game is already over. If eveyone is incapacitated (hooked/downed), there is no point anymore.

And for bots: they are weak and pointless, but people dont dc more often bc they get replaced by bots. They always didnt care how their dc affects the other players in the match.

I'm not waiting 10 minutes being slugged for the killer to hump my corpse or waiting for you to bleed out. Or to watch being moried. Abandon feature was a great new feature.

I think the Abandon feature is one of the best QOL updates they've ever implemented

    Ooh! Another one!

I've got a pretty well-known one this time.

The snowy owl, a female. Males are almost entirely white, whereas females and juveniles have the brown pattern you can see here. They're most commonly found in the high north across the globe, but they're also seen across almost all of the US.

(for the specific range, check out the eBird page)

So you'd rather end up with 3 survivors whenever someone DCs?

Or stay slugged for the full 4 minutes instead of moving on?
