is it going to be released to everyone at some point because I still didn't get the email and yes I have it checked get emails from them.

    I got the code, but I would've missed it if there hadn't been a thread on the forums informing people of it. Not only do I not look for those emails (they're so sporadic), but the charm is hidden at the bottom of a very long email.

    Bloodpoints. Bloodpoints should be given away via email newsletter codes and Twitch drops. Cosmetic items—including banners, badges, and charms—should be given away via a single universal code everyone can enjoy. Instead of minimizing how many people are excluded, they tried to increase exclusion with that recent Discord banner fiasco. We're lucky it went so poorly. Hopefully they'll never try it again. I wish they'd get away from Twitch drops and email codes, too.

    Omg I actually did get the code! I just re check my email and it was sent to me on the 14th at 1:30pm est. I just glanced at it thinking it was a promotion for the event. Thank you for pointing out that it is hidden at the bottom.

    well i still didn't get it and sent ticket and all they said was check see if I have it checked off on my bhvr acc so they can sent me email but it was already checked off they say see if I get the next email so I say so I'm going to miss out on this charm no matter what.

    they said they're are not able to retroactively send them to the players as it is a completely automated system. 

    this needs to stop and I not going to care about my next newsletter email from them.

    whats funny is I gotten they newsletter email before so Like the newsletter is a hit or miss if it gets sent to you.

    I went to support and I have been subbed to their news letter for years, so I proved that. THey gave me 3 emails to whitelist and some other basic steps before saying "If you experience any other issues in the future feel free to reach out to us, we will always do our best to help." Why should I ever care for any upcoming newsletter or this game even if this is the process they have over a free charm code? How would they even help in the future if they cant help over such a simple issue many people are having (and its not the first time failed newsletters have happened. They have given codes directly before to make up for it). Just a total let down.

    I have checked multiple times that I am signed up to the newsletter after doing so well over a year ago now and not one single time have I received a newsletter. It's frustrating locking these items behind something that clearly isn't working correctly and I'm usually one to speak kindly of BHVR. Please give everyone a code or either fix whatever is going on with the newsletter.

    i don't understand what going on with it I mean sometime I get the dumb newsletter sometimes I don't like this newsletter.

    now got the email now it saying code invalid and I checked my charms don't have it.

    I had the same thing happen. I tried it again and found you have to enter any dashes in the redeem code to make it work.

    don't think that it add the dashes anytime I get a long code like that,

    side note I add the code again and it worked.
