This is an immensely helpful post - thank you!! The details and screenshots make this incredibly clear. I'll make sure this is passed along to the team.

Too busted for surv, revert it on this realm.

    Nevermind.
This one is also another topic where I'll not be copy/pasting the same text because both maps now feels like 2v8 without the extra killer. They were already surv sided and needed LESS pallets, not more.

This is the last map that needed this change, it's better off reverted

is there nothing people wont complain about as a killer? truely. as a 50 50. how are survivors supposed to have a chance if they keep getting dead zoned? instant win for killers.

I'll be saying the same message in each of the pallet forums, because it has universally applied to my matches since the update.

Unless I'm playing a killer with a dedicated pallet shredding build with Brutal and Fire Up, ala Shadow Dance Wraith, Iri Button Legion, Nemesis or Hair Brush Myers, the experience of playing the killers I enjoy (M1) has been miserable. Even when I do play a pallet shredding build, I still find I lose more of my matches because I can't dedicate enough of my perk load out to gen slowdown.

All in all, the pallet density update has felt like an excessive punishment to players who like to use M1 killers.

I don't get how this pallet density change was a smart call unless there are some unspoken changes coming to assist M1 killers with the current state of the game.

I've had to abandon all but my knockdown-only builds to stand a chance as Ghostface with the pallet increase. Catching people with the previous pallet density was already an extremely tall order using nothing but M1, a gimmick power and zero chase tools. This change has been a pretty huge middle finger from my POV.

Now I have to play a very drawn out game of stab tag, ignoring hooks and leaving everybody in the dirt, otherwise I can't generate enough pressure/break enough pallets for it to start to matter in a timely fashion. With the increased pallet density creating a web of interconnecting safety, enhanced status recovery from vigil, gen speed and endurance factored in, you guys have effectively set up an environment where nobody actually has to be good at anything to take lower tier killers on multi-gen chases.

I don't even have time to sneak around and use night shroud the way it was intended if I expect to end up beating survivors who understand how to play.
