SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Since the Myers rework, the achievement The Man Behind the Bush is not progressing, preventing the achievement from being completed.
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Since the rework, tiering up Evil Within does not count towards achievement progress.

It's strange, because seems like Hens now making progress this achievement on stream, while I can't.

In the PTB patch notes, this is already marked as fixed, so theoretically we just need to wait for the update.
