How long will it take to buff Cut Loose?

It has been years since this perk released and it's still garbage, literally all this perk needs to be decent can be done in under 30 seconds.

Increase the window of time for you to refresh the timer from 6 seconds to 10 seconds. Current 6 seconds just isn't enough time to chain tiles together to benefit from the effect.

Reduce the cooldown, there was an update a while back that decreased cooldowns of quite a lot of window related Perks, like Quick and Quiet and Dance With Me, yet Cut Loose still has to deal with a 45 SECOND COOLDOWN! Since this perk can be chained to extend its duration, I think it would be fair to reduce the cooldown to 30 seconds or less.

And now the cherry on the cake that would make this perk actually quite good, make rushed locker actions also silent during the timer, currently it only affects vaults, which doesn't help most of the time, making lockers also silent would give this perk a lot more synergy!

I hope you consider these changes to make the perk actually usable and fun to use.

    I'd lower the cooldown to 15 seconds like they did with a bunch of the other survivor stealth perks, and yeah the activation time should be a few seconds longer

    • Guys, the number of perks that deserve a buff (especially on the survivor side) is huge... Cut Cloose is just one of many. Just to name a few: all the "teamwork" perks, deadline, rapid response, buckle up, better than new, invocation crows , apocalyptic ingenuity, boon illumination …………….. We all complain about always seeing the same 10-15 perks on both sides (killer and survivor)... the reason is really easy to understand.

    yeah this, I really wish Apocalyptic ingenuity was easier to get value from.

    Seven thousand years.

    They need to drop the cooldown, remove the chase requirement, and increase the window of activation, and this perk will be peak. It's so fun to make plays with at the moment, it's just so restrictive.

    Having it work with lockers as well would be really fun. Would make it synergise with more than just Lithe in terms of Exhaustion perks.

    Oh I forgot that you need to be in a chase for it to activate too, yea that should go aswell!

    Yeah Cut Loose and million other perks as well. The majority of perks on both sides are extremely bad. It’s why we have no perk diversity, most are just bad. We need to be seeing like 10 perks on each side with big buffs on every single patch.

    Even when we look back on many perk buffs they’ve done on previous patches, most of them accomplished nothing. The vast majority of the buffs were so soft handed that it took perks from being terrible, to slightly less terrible, but still terrible. Most those perks they buffed still aren’t used any more than they were before bar a few exceptions.
