Unfortunately skull merchant is going to need the rework.
the main reason I’m saying this because Skully’s power is one that is kind of completely in the survivors hands on whether or not she gets to use it having the counter play just being crouch and standstill can lead to several moments where the survivor can just deny you your whole Chase power and it’s especially easy now with the one beam and removal of stealth mode. And even if they are injured whether it be by your claw trap or just hitting them like what do you do then? Cool at 10% hinder that is worse than both Clown and Freddy and her haste is 5% which is still worse than clown. Oh and i if they don’t have a claw trap yet and they’re injured why would you bother chasing them or even go through the effort of trying to apply to claw trap at that point? (also a little bit of a side tangent here but why do we still have the haste and hinder combo for Skully? Isn’t it like the main reason why she was gutted in the first place?) but in short Skully is still going to need the rework just because these buffs clearly aren’t going to be enough for a killer who’s power was not only literally cut in half, but also requires to much effort for barely any value. The buffs aren’t going to make her crawl out of the F tier when there are two other trap killers that do her job better.
