Getting kicked from match lobbies

I'm trying to join the match on PC or NS2 and when I'm in a match lobby when I press the ready button or when timers become red in 5 seconds, timers freezes and after half a minute I get disconnected from it with a "connection with host could not be established" error.

I also can't join bot matches(tutorial and get dc when the match is loading).

How to fix this? I didn't had this problem and now I do.
