(Repost) Making The Legion a fun killer to play as and against

Yh, Im posting this again since nobody saw it yesterday... please dont hate on me 😂

1 - Give him 115% movement speed: Something everyone has been asking for and something needed if you read the next change.

2 - Make his power non-lethal: So that he can not abuse such a strong power that has no counter to It. (Deep Wound will no longer depleat with each stab)

(Now comes the fun part for both sides):

3 -  Give a different nerf and buff effect for an x amount of time to each survivor depending on how many survivors have been hit before, example: 
• 1st survivor hit = Slower repairing speed + faster healing speed.
• 2nd survivor hit = Mangled effect + faster exhaustion recovery.
• 3rd = Slower exhaustion recovery + faster unhooking speed.
• 4th = Broken status effect + faster repairing speed. 
• All survivors suffer from hemorrhage (even more optional).

4 - Give him an extra % of movement speed for each different survivor he hits: This will encourage players to hit and go for multiple people. (Which is how he was meant to be played)

5 - Rework Deep Wound: Make it so that Deep Wound doesnt go down when inside of a 24m distance from the killer but the survivor is not able to mend as long as he stays inside that range. This would eliminate the "Moonwalk chase mechanic" (which is one of the reasons he is so hated) and It wouldnt allow survivors to abuse the fact that Deep Wound timer doesnt go down.

6 - Rework Frank's Mixtape: Allow the Legion to see scratch marks when in Frenzy, give extra movement speed and duration as well.

7 - Rework Stab Wounds Study: Make It so that it increases the time duration of the debuffs and decreases the time duration of the buffs covered in point 3.
