Is This Name Good for a horror Clown thyme

Ive been developing a new horror book and ive developed it for fun and to test myself in the horror Fanchise. And I am roughly new in this story telling thing so thats why im asking.
The Clowns Name is "BYE! BYE!". As the name subjects that when he goes after a victim and manages to get the victim he Says in a recording BYE! BYE! before ending the victims life.
Im wounding if this would be a great concept for a potential Horror icon for my style.
Please give me kind and reasonable feedback as I am new to this who developing thing
