Latest Survey
I logged in to dbd to play for the first time in weeks. I see the survey pop up, I normally ignore it because I feel my voice is unheard and also the questions asked with the answers that you are allowed to pick from are not well thought out. I just marked very dissatisfied for everything which is true given how little I even want to play this game anymore. I started playing this game 8 years ago as a killer main, then began playing 50/50, now I will only play SwF but even my group dont really want to play this game either. I dont play killer anymore because I seen everything negative done to my side over the years and the bias too. My group of friends mostly play survivor and they get tired of getting slugged/camped/tunneled, so do I for a matter of fact. But there is a difference I played both sides, I understand why it happens, they dont. I dont think you devs understand either why it happens. You devs dont really play your own game and it shows. Because if you did play your own game you wouldnt be wondering why survivors get slugged more on the Game map than any other, you wouldnt be wondering killers feel to tunnel out of neccesity, you wouldnt be wondering why players are leaving your game.
So I finished the survey and left a wordy response that I know you wont like, and then I decided not to play the game after remembering why I dont like playing anymore. Even trying to play one game is not worth to me anymore, you butchered the only killer I loved playing and the reason I got dbd in the first place long ago, Myers. I dont understand how you can make these type of decisions and think that "yea the players are gonna love that we strip away what makes myers so beloved and give him a lore inaccurate lunge attack we stole from chucky". It is just another reason added to the long list of reasons why killer players feel neglected.
TL DR - Launch dbd to play, did survey instead and remember all the negative reasons why I dont feel like playing this game anymore and logged back out.
P.S. Just because we dont mention something doesnt mean we agree with your decisions. For example, I didnt mention the pallet density update but rest assure it still sucks.
