Devs, PLEASE consider "Quality of Life" as your priority for PTB
Houndmaster is a PRIME example of WHAT NOT TO DO in making a new killer, and updating them.
The state they are in make me actively and violently angry. Not just because of how buggy they are, but how PREVALENT AND COMMON these bugs seem to be.
Kaneki's overpowered state came from the PTB being so buggy you couldn't use his power at all- meaning you got NO meaningful feedback until we actually played him. Which, we all remember VIVIDLY how that went.
Houndmaster is so buggy that I'd sooner think she STILL was just a VERY well built PTB rather than a live release months after the fact, much less almost A YEAR since she was first put in the entity's domain.
PTBs as a whole need to be phased in 2 parts at this rate.
One for catching all the bugs that are PAINFULLY obvious in real gameplay, which they aren't doing right now.
The second for QOL to make the killer and facing them actually fun. Which is ALSO not being done in the current state.
Otherwise, Skull merchant is going to just need ANOTHER rework and Houndmaster will ALWAYS be this miserable even if you DO decide to go back and fix whatever is causing such a mess with her dog.
