Survivors/killers taken
My wife went onto dbd last week for the haunted event and notices she was missing survivors and killers. Me and her have played DBD for almost 8 to 9 years now . She's bought cosmetics for these characters and now its saying she has never purchased them even though she has skins for them as well as add ons , offerings and even legendary skins . She put a ticket in and behavior told her pretty much it was her problem and they were closing the case . We've spent alot of money on this game for them to not even look into her account to see the proof . We are not buying these items again (survivors/killers). Anyone else have this problem lately?

Does she play on Switch by any chance? I thought I'd lost my access to Pyramid Head, Cheryl and Mikaela on my Switch account because with an update that released along with the Switch 2, the DLC now has to be loaded into the console as a separate virtual game card. It's a really silly update and something I never had to do before, but that's Nintendo for you.
If your wife is not playing on Nintendo Switch, then I don't know how to help. Just thought I would mention because the problem sounds similar to the one I encountered.
