4m Terror radius Dracula
As the title says with the new ptb a new method of super small terror radius can be achieved with Dracula if you use new Furtive Chase with Monitor and Moonstone necklace addon Dracula can have a terror radius of only 4 meters.

I find it ridiculous Monitor got nerfed just so you can't get a small TR..
And the next patch it's back.

Wolf mode dracula with a 4 meter radius is gonna be wild if its a map with high walls you wont know that dog is coming.

Chucky has a terror radius addon too, would he be able to do the same?

I believe so depends on the addon though

Chucky loses 8m off his Tr when on cooldown with Strobe Light, Monitor removes another 8m out of chase, and new Furtive takes off 3.2m with every hook if it's really 10%.
That means with 5 stacks of new Furtive and conditions met on Monitor and Strobe Light, he should have a Tr of 0. Bear in mind this is without Silk Pillow taking off 6m in exchange for neutering Slice and Dice, so he's probably the killer to try builds like this on going forward.
