Balanced landing is bugged

I will leap out of a second story house, still be staggered when I land and the perk takes a second or two to activate making it useless while I'm being chased. I will also not have it activate whe  running off hill tops but someone it activates if I drop off the side of stairs on certain maps.

    You actually need to drop, not slide.

    I'm on ps4 and it works about as often as dead hard lol

    What annoys me is when you go to jump off a hill and your character gently slides down it instead.

    Yes this. Also I hate how there are a few windows with a short drop down that you clearly do a staggered landing but the speed boost never activates.
