How do the survivors communicate?

We know that within the trials they cannot speak to each other, (which has now been disproven) but what about around the campfire??? The survivors interact and communicate with each other at the fire, this is shown through their animations and some voicelines. We also know that there are some survivors that don't speak english; Thalita and Renato are main example. So if the campfire serves as a resting point to plan and rest for the upcoming trials, how do they effectively communicate? Thalita and Renato don't speak english, so how would they convey a plan to the other survivors, what about other survivors that speak a different language like Vee??

Like a lot of the particular questions about how the Trials work, there's no solid answer I can give you. I think the simple answer is that if Survivors don't share a language and can't communicate, sucks to be them, they're going in the Trial anyway. There's some detail I can give you, though:

One of Saku's tome stories, (Tome 14, House of Arkham IV, Tale of the Redcrane 1) it's mentioned that she has "learned about other worlds and people and their unique cultures and languages", so in her case at least, she explicitly learned other languages over the course of centuries. For Survivors like Vittorio, who have also clearly been in the Fog a while and had a chance to retain information, that'll be a similar case.

It's also worth noting there's a good chance either Aestri or Baermar can cast Comprehend Languages.
