That Furtive Chase rework should still be a perk, but not for Furtive Chase

They should make current Insidious basekit, and rework Insidious to have the stats of that proposed Furtive Chase rework, I think. Current Insidious is mostly pointless now that hooks cannot be camped, and was really bad even before then so why not make it actually do something.
