So from favorite survivor 2v8 class ranked most to least
Escapist "very surprising"
Scout
Medic
Guide "Man wonder why"
Clearly there is a VERY obvious reason Escapist is the favorite no it's not the free WoO or the self care...it's the fact you have a manuel sprint burst which fun fact...is pretty dumb basically survivor if you play anyone other the Wesker, Blight, Nurse or Hillbilly your screwed because your not going to catch up and hit them and even then good luck hitting them with the weird fact some maps of long tiles and a lot of God pallets while others just get jack I am not kidding there some maps that have just extreme small loops or unsafe pallets next to eachother looking at you Dead Dawg where you might have a few god pallets but the rest are just completely unsafe while MacMillan Estate you have a bunch of long tiles and really safe pallets. Plus even then certain killers like Wesker mostly can get screwed because a small FRAGMENT I'm not kidding a fragment of a tile touched you so sorry your not getting that grab. The other classes are...kinda powerful mostly Scout for the pallet repair which most times go straight towards God pallets for obvious reasons.
Guide completely sucks I'm shocked that even one person in the lobby chooses it since you get a blast mine and wire tape but it's better then it's old version since gen speed penalties don't exist. Medic...eh? Faster heal and 50% auto healing. But clearly there's a certain role that should be tweaked aka make it where the milli-second a survivor runs sprint burst activates aka what actually sprint burst does since I refuse to play that class as survivor because I don't find it fair killers already have a hard time with 2v8 since unless you get a teammate in soloQ that can work well with the killer you choose or your KWF(Kill with friends I guess would be the name) your screwed.

I am that one Guide in the lobby lol. It matches my playstyle. I like macro over micro and don't want to just whoosh away from chases. I want to get the pivotal gens done and signal to people where they are.
The blast mine has been just as good as the Sprint Burst honestly. I creep out of view when the terror radius gets medium loud and when I see the blast mine go off I use that time to leave.
