why are balance changes always so extreme for one side, why is it so hard to do a middleground?
Pallet density update:
safe and powerful fillers all chainable and next to each other, survivors just play "connect the dots" as there are too many pallets and u really cant do much about it without a proper M2 ability
post pallet density update: insanely unsafe shorten pallets, more spread and less chainable, killers can now lunge around the entire loop and get a hit regardless if survivor did the correct play or not
we seen updates since forever being like this, its too extreme for one side and then just reverse it into being too extreme for the other.

I've just made a similar post. Never have I ever said I will uninstall this game, but #########. No chance I'm playing until they fix this BS.

Because most feedback is hyperbolic

its honestly ridiculous asf, then scrapping the whole entire tunneling and slugging update is just INSANE! then on top of that reducing our pallets - like there is no way we can loop the killer enough to even try to escape now. Im honestly so sick of this game then on top of that dont get me started on what they did to the medkits smh.

I mean what's the middle ground? Take a look at these forums and the discussions on steam or reddit. The community can't even admit that SWF's are an issue, that SoloQ is disgusting to play and that Killer gameplay sucks if you aren't playing an op top tier Killer. So what really is the middle ground here? There's three to four different sides to this game, that neither the community will discuss so why would BHVR then develop anything actually meaningful?

Pretty sure this is the last update of the year. So you might be waiting awhile unfortunately.
I mean, from what I've seen Haddonfield was pretty widely agreed to be in a better place. Crotus Prenn and FCC were wildly over done. A couple others needed some slight adjustments. I found the rest personally to be fine. So I guess changes on a map by map basis would have been more of a middle ground than just complete reversion and then some on top.

they are terrible developers

This is the real issue. Tired of people complaining about 'killers whining' and 'survivors whining' when the devs can't make changes that help both sides be as even as possible. In the end, it's the devs job to balance this correctly, not us.

I actually feel bad for the Devs. It's important to remember that they're simply following instructions. Our frustration should be directed toward the decision-makers at the studio, not the developers who are paid to execute their work.

Don't be. Those countless bugs are definitely their fault.

No, no. We do agree that GOOD swfs are the issue.
Not all the SWF, because there are mostly swfs that come back home from work and just looking for laughs with their friends on discord. Those are not greatly coordinated, efficient, skillful SWF mostly.
Extremely efficient, skillful, tryhard SWF are not that common and I would say they are not more than 3% of your matches.
Anyway, you can't really stop letting people play with each other. That would definitely be a killer of the game.

Oh I didn't say they were talented. 😂 I just said I feel for them.
