What Is BHVR Going to Do About the Unhinged People in the Community?

BHVR, I don't know if you've seen QuietKills videos but if you haven't you need to. His last 2 videos have been about hackers and complete scum in the community. One is an Oni who still isn't banned going around giga hacking and being racist towards everybody. He followed QuietKills for a month and never had anything done to him about it. Also, the survivors are the ones getting warning about kill feeding when the Oni is literally hyper giga hacking in the game.

The second one is this legacy Claudette that Ruthite ran into. He threw the game and sandbagged the whole time. After that he proceeded to make an insane amount of Twitch accounts telling Ruthite to commit seppuku and a bunch of other unhinged stuff. Then the guy joined Ruthites Discord and posted unhinged gifs of little girls getting shot and killed.

Forget about the stupid changes to the game. Those can get put on the backburner. Something needs to be done about the absolutely heinous people in this community. They need to receive lifelong IP and hardware bans from your game. If you care about the people that play your game you need to begin to take things like this seriously. You're a company with 1300+ employees. You have the capacity to assign a team to look into these reports and see if they hold substance. Especially from your large content creators. The fact that this Oni is still not banned and just giga hacking is wild. Along with this dude being a completely deranged lunatic to Ruthite in his chat and discord.

    ip bans simply do not work because they’re not static to users and would cause problems for innocent players down the road. My ip today could be a hackers ip next week and yours a month from now. Say that hacker got ip banned before it became yours you would now be banned. That isn’t even accounting for the fact that vpns are a thing.

    Hardware bans can unfortunately be spoofed.

    I’d like these people dealt with unfortunately the methods you suggest aren’t realistic.

    What can work is digital id, which seems like a thing that is coming to every country sooner than anyone really wants.
