Possible bug?

So I just had a game and there was a trapper with agitation that seemed to have an infinite speed boost .... anyone else come across somthing like this? @fcc2014

I'd already deleted the other ones, sorry.

I've not seen any other reports of this bug happening. If anyone has any video of it, I'd be happy to take a look and to pass it on if need be.
