Window vaulting/ Laggy wraith

Not getting an action key to vault through a window. I get stuck peering through, watching my potential escape flea into the wind. Ive had this issue for a long tkme and it still hasn't been fixed. Not all the time but often enough to warrant a post.
Secondly I'm not sure if it's the killer or the players but anytime I play a Wraith they lag a TON. I always check the ping before a match and its under 120 but still they jump around the map.
