Supernatural Perk Idea

Essentially the title. Im a huge supernatural fan, and i thought of a really cool perk idea they could add and i wanted to know the communities thoughts. It would be a perk for Dean Winchester called Invocation: Demon Deal

An invocation is done in the basement. When its finished, a deceased or sacrificed survivor is revived in the basement in the injured state and two hook status. The player who brought them back however, is marked for death. The player who performed the invocation is permanently put in the broken status, and will be unable to escape the trial whatsoever. If they attempt to escape the trial via the hatch or exit gates, the entity will instantly kill them. Also, if someone uses this perk and then dies, another survivor will be unable to bring them back with Demon Deal.

Since its an invocation it can only be done once in the trial, so if another survivor tries it wont work since it was already used before in the trial.

Its a very altruistic perk, and feel like the fact that one survivor is Essentially trading their life makes it more fair, so no matter what the killer still gets at least one kill since they had already killed another survivor. What do you guys think?
