    This has been eac error for like 2 years now. Nothing new. It usually happens when host has old installation and hasnt validated games files.

    I wouldn't take this serious. Seeing a number of this guys posts I think he's just here to wind people up.

    You're new to the game, right?

    That error message is omni-present in Dead by Daylight and has been since release well over 2 years ago. The devs were never able to get rid of it so far. It doesn't mean that EAC has found a cheater.

    This had me wondering since once it goes from PTP to dedicated servers would that make more sense to switch to VAC?
