Event is great....
But a majority of the killers I face play as sweaty and scummy as possible. I'm just tryna mess around with snowmen and you're tunneling a feng at 5 gens....this game severely needs a ranked or something

Sorry but people don't need to bend to your opinion how the mode should be played. My survivor viewpoint to it is play normally and if the killer starts to goof around then survivors can goof around. I have seen way too many people start messing around in the start of the match and then get killed because killer is not in the mood. They then ruin the match for everyone as its going to be a dud anyway then.

When the game is balanced the way that it is, you have to accept it unfortunately. Make good use of the abandon feature to respect your time.

I would even bet most of them are not even sweaty they just play normally. I for example want to play normally with the event powers because its interesting how looping can be messed up with it from both sides. Like new tactical layer and rarely get any interesting matches with it because people don't play really.

I don't know that I'd say that. It's very obvious what's going on in my trials. But I will say that it's so easy to be a powerhouse that it's easy to appear sweaty even if you're not trying.

It's been sweaty as both roles. I've barely touched it. I'd like to, but there's really no reason to choose it over regular mode unless I want to be spammed by snowballs during chase.

I think i genuinely had more fun the first year we had the snowmen when they were incredibly OP and invalidated Ghostface/Twins
at least the OP snowmen made for legit slowdown because who doesn't want to horse around in them?

I will say in one of my trials yesterday, we got someone to struggle free and 3 of us pelted the Killer with snowballs. That was kind of fun and cathartic and I didn't feel as sour when we wiped. 😝

i tried yesterday fir a good while to 2 hook everyone and let them go for christmas yesterday and i was met with gen rushing and bodyblocking and i remembered why i don't show mercy

This. Whenever you play nice and let everyone go with 2 hooks, they think the killer is just bad and proceed to instant teabag party and trash talk in the end-game chat. This is why I usually let escape only for those who clearly give up and stop running away, that's the only way to "play nice" and not receive a bucket of toxicity after the game.
