Time to test a truth or myth
Firstly, happy and peaceful New Year to all.
Survivors are complaining rightly or wrongly they constantly get put against Blight, Ghoul or Nurse.
Let's see who plays who by listing your top 3 killers by character prestige.

i main myers and pyramid head but in my survivor matches i do get a lot of blights. ranking them be prestige doesnt mean a single thing…. someone can put all bloodpoints on a single killer or survivor and never actually play that character. When i got myers to p100 i still played as myers but any BP i got i started putting them on killers i have never touched like Artist. i even got Sable from p60 to p100 with the bloodpoints i got from playing myers.

when I play solo Q survivor the killers run away from me so much that it makes me the real killer.
I face a lot of blights and ghouls and springtrap in the NA. Nurse is more rare cause her learning curve is 20 hrs instead of 5

I'm starting by saying I can't look right now because I'm not home, so that's from the top of my head and I obviously don't know the levels:

I'm prefacing this with saying I'm not a killer main and that I basically haven't played 1v4 since November because the game borders on unbearable at the moment.
But when I do play survivor, I have a spreadsheet that tracks which killers I verse. Admittedly when 2v8 is up, I mostly play that, but I keep track of those killers separately from 1v4.
So from late July through to the end of November, the killers I saw the most from my spreadsheet are:
- Animatronic
- Huntress
- Shape
- Mastermind
- Ghostface
Keeping in mind that server and MMR probably have some impact on these results, but there you have it.
Though credit where credit is due: Ghoul did tie with Trapper for equal 6th place.

Off the top of my head:
Lich (the only Vecna I'll respect) at prestige 8
Knight and Plague at 7
Nemesis and Oni at 6
Dredge and Onryo at 5
Everyone else is between 3 and 4 by now, including the non-licensed Survivors. I try to play as many different Killers as possible so my hours and BP are pretty spread out.

- I'm Pyramid Head main.When I play Survivor, I see a lot of Blight, Kaneki, and Myers... I'd say almost every other game is against one of these killers. Other killers I see regularly (but not as often as the ones mentioned above) are Huntress, Wesker, and Oni. About ten days ago I played 5 games (all as a survivor) and I encountered 4 consecutive Blights... I was simply disgusted🤣

Nurse is rare because she has been suffering from a few horrible bugs for 3 years and counting, making playing her painful beyond human standards. She is also more vulnerable to speedhackers than any other killer, and those are basically part of the game at this point.

Myers, Cenobite, Plague. I promise I don't play Myers, I just needed double iris for the Myers play style.(RIP). Peak MfT era broke me and drove me to the edge of insanity. if Survivors wanted to be injured then they could spend the whole match healthy >_>

Well, prestige doesnt really mean my most played killers. (Stats from the DBD tracker)
Most played (but i play since 2018, so long before those stats):
Wraith, Myers, Artist
Highest prestige:
Artist (100), Unknown (100), Myers (64)
My 2025 stats would be different, but i have no data. Last 30 days are not helpful, bc i only played three rounds withy Myers to finish the winter event.

SpringTrap i have at 50. Don't exactly remember the others for a couple that are about 20-25 Xeno, Skull Merchant, Pig.
Really misread the title at first something else came to mind. Truth or Myth tunneling and gen rushing really toxic?

you could just have players post screenshots of their most played killers from the dbdstats website. i pump so much bp into my killers despite mostly playing survivor so prestige isn't relevant

My top 5 on dbdstats are (in order) Blight, Wraith, Demo, Nemesis, Trapper. I’m confident the first two are correct but unsure about the last 3.
Blight and Wraith are p100. The rest are about even.
I play ghoul occasionally, but almost never play nurse.
On the survivor side, I can only say anecdotally what I see most often but it’s usually ghoul, springtrap, wraith, huntress, and legion.

By Prestige does not tell anything on me as they are too even.

P15: Wraith, Hillbilly, Shape, Legion, Plague, Ghost Face, Deathslinger, Pyramid Head and Blight
P10-P14: Everyone who has not been listed yet from Trapper to DredgeEveryone newer is lower than P10. Demo is highest as when the old daily challenge system was going I kept getting that "Land 5 fully charged shred attacks" all the time and really started to hate that one. I choose my characters to play randomly so explains the really even Prestiges as I also use the bloodpoints on the character I play always.

Blight 28,3hIn this same reason with Demo kept getting the daily all the time and same with blight. Still they do get their time with even by random choice. They are not my favorite killers to play and i am not really good with Blight at all. Also have not played Blight in the last 16 killer matches I played most common in those was Wraith.

My top most played killers are.
1 Spirit and i think she's around P95 ish
2 Ghoul P20 ish.. Im sorry i cannot remember the prestiges of every character and i mostly have played survivor lately.
3. Plague no idea what prestige she is.
I mained huntress for a while so she's up there too but i kinda dropped her after getting bored of how slow she was, and i just personally don't feel like slow killers do well anymore.
Many of my killers are P10 at least, just few that i refuse to play are P3.
