How Does Sole Survivor Works?

The description is confusing.

All I know is that if 1 person dies, then you're immune to Nurse's Calling.

It works poorly, mostly causing you the be the obsession for whatever tunneling perk the killer has, but it is funny when they think you have DS and dribble you a hook. Pretty much only useful if others die and limited at that. Guess there is some synergy with OoO, but then again people have to die and that is counterproductive. It might be more useful if it had more range after one or two deaths - right now it only is only useful against BBQ if two people are dead (meaning the 3rd is on a hook) and gives you a measly 8 meters more range from being detected.

For nurse's calling I think it might make you immune (again if someone else is already dead) but if you are healing or getting healed by someone, it doesn't hide their aura making it less than useful for even that. Anyone confirm?

In that case, it should be buffed to include aura protection for things you are interacting with such as hex totems, generators, hooks, other people, and exit gates.

That would extend the protection to save you against Hex: Thrill of the Hunt, Discordance, Surveillance, and Nurse's calling when healing another person.

This is perfectly balanced because if someone's dead, then the killer has a huge advantage in the game already. Interfering with their tracking as opposed to interfering with their chase ability isn't too overpowered. Plus, even if everyone ran sole survivor, you'd still get all the benefits for that first kill as killer.
