First you dont need a full anti tunnel build. Just decisive strike is enough. The rest of your perks can be stuff that helps with antitunnel but isnt specific. Stuff like Lithe, finesse, iron will, dead hard, sprint burst, just a generally meta perk will be fine. It's better than a strict antitunnel build composed of only perks like off the record, decisive strike, lucky break, second wind, etc. Not that these perks are bad, but the others I listed earlier bring great value regardless of whether you get hard tunneled or not.

Honestly just resurgence alone is often enough and it's great even if you dont get tunneled. Just pick that perk.

There is minimal strategy to anti tunnel build. You play the game as usual and if the killer tunnels, the perks activate. You can use them to bodyblock but it's not antitunnel at that point, it's more of a bodyblock build.

If you really want to punish the killer for hard tunneling, the guaranteed combo has always been ds + unbreakable. You cant go wrong with these two perks. Play the game as usual and profit if the killer decides to tunnel. Add in dead hard and resilience and you can pretend to be in 2018.

Personally, I don't like DS because the only thing guaranteed to make me grumpier than getting tunnelled out by the Killer is missing that stupid skill check.

Not getting value from your build is kind of the gamble you take when running anti-tunnel (same for anti anything else for that matter). For that reason, I only run anti-tunnel when I know I'm going to be a juicy target for the Killer. Like when I'm playing on Nintendo Switch or if I'm playing as Sable (because Killers love to tunnel Sable, it seems).

My personal anti-tunnel build is Wicked + Sprint Burst + Off The Record + Made For This. Maybe give it a shot and see what you think.

You don't even need to be a good looper to get value from this build. Wicked can give you an early warning (if the Killer isn't undetectable). Very useful against high mobility Killers. Then it's just a matter of holding forward to get as much distance out of the combo of perks as you can. Obviously it helps if you can loop, but this build will still eat up more of the Killer's time even if you can't. A few of the perks also have some utility outside of being tunnelled (basement self unhooks with Wicked, map mobility and chase with SB, hidden aura and scratch marks with OTR. MFT is also the best anti-Ghoul/Legion perk, two very popular Killers. Plus it gives you endurance for completing a heal).

If they aren't tunneling and you can help a teammate who's in chase, you should aggressively body block to force the killer to eat it/slug, so they lose a bunch of distance on the survivor they were chasing.

Playing in a competent survivor team helps immensely.

They either genrush if you get tunneled or they bodyblock and let you use all the resources avalible to them.
