The rights of the Friday The 13th franchise movies are divided in 2, why you dont talk with the 2 parts to buy license of Jason, Tommy Jarvis, and other characters?

Who's to say they haven't? Takes them about 6 months to build characters from ground up so they might actually be working on him. Just have to wait and see.

With the legal issues finally clearing up, I strongly believe they are saving such a massive license for the 10th Anniversary. It’s the biggest horror icon missing from the game, so releasing Jason for the decade celebration would be the perfect timing.
