Pennywise concept:

• Killer ability:

■ Scaring survivors, Killer will be slowed down (-5% haste), survivors need to be close or need to look at killer to charge his scaring ability, it has 2 stages, first: I = -2% haste

II = -2% haste and can't pop ballons

Stages can be removed if survivors will loop with Killer and stun him or flash him

■ Puting red ballons on gens, chests and gates, teleporting to red ballons, red ballons can be popped on stage 0 and stage I

• Killer's mori - opening his mouth like in movie

• Killer's skins - Old Pennywise (1990)

• Survivors - Georgy brother and someone you will choose

Maybe speed is not balanced but i think it is cool idea, i hope you like it 😊
