I hate it when i do a adept and i didn't get the achievement.

    If all 5 generators were not finished then a hatch escape doesn't count.

    I was playing David king only using his three perks and all gens were done. I have video proof on my ps4 and its annoying cuz i have to redo it. I mean... I guess its a challenge?
