If you have this issue, and sometimes get the EAC warning, switching VPN can resolve the issue. Veryifying your game files on steam can as well

Restart your modem then as EAC problems usually are related to connection issues to their servers. Still as it says save data problem it might mean that your settings files would be somehow corrupted but don't know how you would be able to delete those on switch as on computer those don't get deleted by uninstalling you have to manually delete them.

Im trying to get help from Behavior. Because if it was a Internet problem then it would be all games.
I hope I didn't lose my P53 Unknown. I would just Quit if thats the Case. I spent alot of time on him and now all that time is all for nothing. Oh and the money I put into the game to.

You don't lose account data like your survivors and that as thats handled on the server side. The things that get saved on your end are like your game settings like control configuration and graphical settings. Even if you would lose those its nothing you can't fix quite easily.
