DC BAN WAIT TIMES ARE INCONSISTENT.
So i just had a game where i was playing against the knight and i noticed he was just walking backward against the wall without going nowhere so figured he DC'd and went about my game and do some gens while the DC'd goes through, but then i froze and when i got back into the lobby i was hit with a 5 minute DC ban! and before you start saying its my connection the killer ping was at 59MS while i was at 29MS and the other survivors were on 30MS.So it couldnt be my connection and i never get these DC issues on any other game beside DBD. am i the only one going through this? it does happen all the time but it happens here and there.

I get server DCs, including the ones where characters are running into walls, a decent amount. I get 0ks from them sometimes as killer. I've even had ones within 10-20 matches of each other, but I've never been hit with the penalty.

There is more to connection than just ping. It is likely that you had a hiccup in your internet traffic which caused you to disconnect from the server for a long enough time that it completely disconnected you.

Yeah people don't seem to get that internet connection to a server is not the same as you having direct line of wires from point a to point b. Internet is more of a web of connections and if one of those strands of the web have problems can cause you lose connection that much that it can cause disconnections of games and apps to their servers. In most it does not do anything as most apps or games don't demand active connection that needs to be certain speed every millisecond but with certain online games if the server is not going to get answer from your end for set amount of time it will consider your connection been failed and terminate. Like you having internet does not mean you have good connection to the server hosting the game.
