Ping difference should be balanced out in the Code

Having a high ping is especially advantageous on killer and on survivor side it does not even matter that much. It should be balanced out in the code, because it cannot be the case that having bad net/ping gives you an huge advantage.

    The game needs to be in favor of killers, thats what bhvr wants. Not that it makes any sense that people having a disadvante, cause they have better ping. Also what the hell did they do with the servers lately? Ping has gotten worse since the latest chapter. @Mandy

    This is the only game I play where I have to play differently depending on someone else’s ping, pretty ridiculous tbh. Often makes me not want to play, as on EU it’s constant with higher ping killers. Why should I have to suffer in regards to someone else’s connection? Makes playing survivor feel sour.

    it only benefit the killer, having high ping on survivor is actually downgrade to the survivor, lower ping players should get advantage in validation. as it is in every other game.

    10 years on and we still havent sorted out the high ping killers clearly vpn'ing for an advantage, it really is about time that this can't happen

    me being a 40-50ms player i really feel like i play a different game sometimes than other killers.

    I can be a survivor getting hit through a window from a 100+ ping killer, but reverse those scenarios with my 40-50 ping and i don’t get the hit. Both scenarios feel horrible, however it is only because the high-ping killer getting a hit when it realistically shouldn’t. If the 100 ping didn’t get the hit, i wouldn’t feel robbed when i don’t get the hit. I also wouldn’t feel robbed when i should make a window/pallet vault.

    I've watched streamers use a VPN to intentionally get bad ping. Behaviour really needs to do something about the hit validation when a killer has dodgy ping. Or at the very least let us move on to the next match.

    They want to favor killers so much that that’s probably why they just announced nerfs for Blight and Nurse. Yeah. Totally.

    Maybe at low MMR killers are winning, but at decent/high MMR—good luck playing killer 😨

    How exactly is the code supposed to balance out the ping? You can't adjust a game to cope with bad ping.
