My game closed because in the middle of the match and now i'm blocked from matchmaking :/

The game disconnected and it said:
"Cannot connect to online services
Error code: 8,012
Details: We could not reach service provider at the moment, please try again later"

I closed the game and opened it back again, and now i'm blocked from matchmaking for 5 minutes.

    You lost connection to the server and yes its intentional that you get disconnect penalty for it. There is no way of Behavior to tell when the disconnect is not intentional so all of them are treated the same and penalized. Only time you don't get the penalty is when the server itself crashes.
