Any recommendations for Twins? Tips or Builds?
Shes quite fun to play as actually!
I just wish…I could….actually hit a shot with Victor LOL.
Skill issue for sure. I also really don't know what to run on her for perks. She seems pretty unique so I am having a hard time figuring out what is good for Victor and what is good for Charlotte.

Nothing works on Victor. Screaming perks can be heard, but you don't get a visual notification.
For Charlotte, some perks to make cleaning up easier are always good. Brutal Strength, Fire Up, Oppression, Agitation, ect.
Additionally, Victor can monitor Hexes easier than most killers.
Also, BBQ works very well, as a way to get a direction for where to send him.

For hits with victor he has an addon to show the target pounce area, and most people using him try to get right up against the person before pouncing so that its nearly impossible to avoid (similar with hillbilly).
And twins excell at slugging, their main counter is healing.so bringing stuff that keeps people injured longer can help in getting multiple downs before going to pickup the bodies. I dont mean slug the whole team but you can some times get a 2 for 1 deal.

I really like to play with Coupe, so I basically have some "power" even without Victor.

For Charlotte having at least one info perk is great so you know where to send Victor, just remember that Victor can't see auras so don't switch to soon. As Shanoa above said, ways to keep survivors injured works wonders. Otherwise anything that helps a m1 killer helps as Charlotte herself basically is one.
Random info because of boredom (some might be out dated so if things have changed someone feel free to correct)
- If a survivor tries to blind Charlotte while you are Victor, your forced to switch back
- Victor can leap through windows and over pallets. It's not always easy and often not practical, but occasionally a nasty surprise.
- Survivors in lockers or crouching will not trigger Victor's killer instincts (once they get out it does though). This does
- When Victor traps a survivor in a locker killer instincts reveals them and survivors nearby.
- Charlotte eventually loses collision after a certain amount of time as Victor.

Thank you for the tips! I’ll keep trying and experiment with some different perks.

I don't have much experience with Twins so I can't offer much, but the content creators Lynxi and Pixel Bush (former Twins main) both have lots of guides and advice on how to play them.

With victor try to not track the survivors movement just look at the point they go through and hold it and when they go through it pounce, works same on huntress on close range many people try to move side to side so holding a point is better than trying to flick it or follow them, for twins just look at how is she called Lynxi I believe she is like one of 5 twins main and she makes vids about them so check her if you want to get some inspiration because personaly I dont think many people play twins and if they do its few times per year or month which isnt much for giving tips (better than nothing but best tips are from someone who has more experience or is expert in that matter).
In chase charlotte can be used as spirits husk for blocking survivors way out so try to look it up and use it but this works only if you chase with charlotte and use victor from her or have him super close.
