My thoughts on diminishing returns
honestly I think the idea is good but maybe it could be gradual instead of it just being half per perk of the same modifier. Like for example let’s say for your second regression perk It reduces it by 25% your third one would be 50% and the fourth one would be 75%. That way it can do its job at discouraging full slow down or healing builds instead of running instead of running surge with eruption and then getting that cut to 5%. But that’s just my thoughts though I like idea of dimensioning returns and depend depending on how they change this post PTB I think they can be a great edition.

Nerfing regression like that is such a vastly stronger nerf to killer than survivor that its simply moronic as they have limited and conditional uses in addition to a total damage limit on gens unlike survivor healing and repair actions. They have to make way more accomodating changes to killer to make it fair again if thats how it will work.
