Why don't read notifications get saved?

Every time I load up the game I will have notifications about new messages or new rewards for prestiging characters even if I've already looked through them all before and there's nothing new. Is this a bug? If not could we maybe get that changed? It annoys me to a near irrational degree. I always make sure to mark all notifications as read to know if I get something new so the fact they come back regardless is upsetting.

I would prefer to only see exclamation marks if there's actually changes like a new message, a new prestige reward, new quests and so on.

Perhaps this should be in feedback but I mostly felt like venting.

    I don't know why they haven't fixed it but most likely want to prioritize more game effecting bugs than one UI bug that might annoy some players. Still it will most likely going to be fixed hopefully on tuesday.

    I just want an option on the main screen that says "clear all notifications" and it clears everything. Messages, store, challenges… everything.

    It's a minor issue but I get it. It's super annoying to me too.

    I went through all the survivors and all the killers to remove that annoying exclamation mark.

    Then I reloaded. 😫
