I'm looking for an email address to thank the 3D modeling team.
Actually, I wanted to know if anyone knew how to thank the people who made the latest map, "Trickster's Delusion." I think it's an incredible achievement and the best-designed map since "The Game." I said I was very happy on Twitter, but I didn't get any replies; I don't think anyone read my tweet. When I read the comments on Twitter, I see a lot of toxic people, and I don't know if the developers have a reliable way of knowing if the game is going in the right direction. And I think the new map is going in a very good direction. So I wanted to find a place to thank the team who put in the effort. Do you know if that's possible? Just an email or something? Or did they read the forum here?

I'm pretty sure that people are mad not because the map is ugly but because how it is played.
Is the map visually good? I mean, the common answer is that it is one of the most impressive maps they have done, some even say the prettiest map.
Now about the gameplay portion? Awful map for killers. One of the worst maps (if not the worst) for killer.

I am VERY happy to pass along this message. Thank you, Marskan!

Yeah, visually this map looks impressive and has a lot of details, but gameplay wise it's one of the worst maps for both sides. The pallets placement promotes the most boring playstyles in existence…Hold W + predrop pallets

Yeah I agree. It's a visually stunning map (minus floating grass and bottles) but it's immediately become my most disliked map, somehow beating Badham, a feat I thought impossible. I hate it as killer but I don't like it as survivor either. The sensory overload makes it hard for me to grasp the layout and there are so many dead ends.
But definitely kudos on the amount of work and detail that went into it. That I can get behind.
