New Trickster map is awful.
Every pallet is unsafe.
I don’t know why people are pretending that this map is strong or overpowered because there’s a god window and 2 safe pallets lol.
It looks good - but that is about it.
No playablity you drop a pallet and die against the majorty of the killer roster unless they’re a ranged killer or 110.
No skill expression, you NEED Kwon’s pre drop perk to even have a chance.
Just a really badly designed map.

That map looks good but loops are weak if you loop them (except like few god pallets and loops on market, shack thats safer than regular especialy against dash killers and that god loop in shop with racks).
The weaker pallets are often with solid window or other pallets making chain for holding W.
For killers this map makes 110 speed killers super bad except like spirit and maybe chucky but others are cooked, killers like huntress, slinger, trickster are done on this map because theres corners on every step and getting hit there with their power is super hard.

I agree - I don’t like it on either side. Just my opinion, but I think most people don’t really care how nice the maps look and would much rather have fun, balanced maps. There are plenty of other games for people to enjoy nice-looking maps if that’s what they’re looking for. Hopefully the devs will learn from this and put much more priority on design than aesthetics next time.

Ormond Lake Mine is a great map playability wise and it was made by the same specific map team that did Trickster's Delusion. A city map has been highly requested for 10 years, it's not a surprise in the slightest that its basically an indoor map with no ceiling. The next map will probably be a little better gameplay wise but the addition TD doesn't ruin the game in the slightest. It's refreshing to have a map that doesn't look as ugly as Swamp in the same game. Plus I'll take TD over Nostromo and Dead Sands/Fallen Refuge every single day of the week.

So many killers and/or powers are invalidated by just the map design. It's sad that this map isn't their magnum opus. It looks like it should be but it plays like booty for most of the killer roster.
