5% Haste when unseen for all 4.4 killers?
Killers being 4.4m/s is in my mind meant to make sure the killer is meant to use their power in chase to get hits and not rely on M1s.
That being said, being 4.4m/s is hugely debilitating in one aspect. Mobility. Getting around the map for 4.4 killers (besides Blight) feels so terrible.
So I propose that we give all 4.4 killers the fearmonger effect where they can be a 4.6 when unseen to get around the map easier without it affecting their chase.
What do y'all think?

The effect being 4.4 has on map traversal is rather overstated in the community. For every 100 meters traveled (about the length of Coal Tower), it takes a 4.4 killer 1 additional second longer than it takes a 4.6 killer.
The main problem is just that a lot of older 4.4 killers lack any kind of traversal power in their kit, since they're very focused on chasing. That can only really be addressed with reworks to their kit, or potentially introducing some killer perks to give map mobility options (Although that would probably be a headache to balance.)

This would just make chucky and spirit stronger in chase mainly because they aren't visible at most times.

Mm idk, while unseen still helps when actively in chase with a survivor. Maybe while unseen and not in chase with a cool down of 10 secs when chase ends. Tbh it's a fairly negligible change as far as traversal goes anyway.

On maps with a lot of corridors or structures they'd be unseen almost constantly. They'd just take advantage of it by keeping chase from initiating for as long as they can. You also have a killer like Henry who can still down you from the floor below with his M2. He doesn't need haste on top of that.

I'd much rather us balance 110% killers on a one by one basis where needed . Hag just needs to be 115% alltogheter . Slinger could be 115% anytime his repeater is empty until reloaded . Chucky could maybe be so when in power . Alot of the others are fine , henry has mobility , huntress has range etc…
