Franklin's Demise isn't a bad perk when paired with Weave Attunement as a combo. That's about it. While people may complain about the removal of the charge reduction, it previously did too much in a single perk compared to others. Hence, Franklin's was not only good on its own but better than other perks in the same category. You could still slap on Weave Attunement to create massive wall hack zones on dead items, which was pretty exhausting as a combo.

I kinda missed vaccines being items tbh I felt useful as somebody who didn't use items so I always had a spray can ready
