Why do Survivors still complain about bad ping?

Like, they can SEE their own connection quality before the match starts, what the hell?

    Colorblind?

They just need something to blame it on. Because it couldnt be because they are bad.

Because a lot of the time the connection looks fine in the lobby and then suddenly every time the killer is near you and you're at a pallet or a window the lag spikes.

In what world do you live where ping doesn't change over time? I've gone into games with green bars, <60ms ping according to the game, but then all of a sudden you get random lag spikes. Considering that killer is host this gives them a HUGE advantage over you.

Point is the game needs a constant ping meter. Telling me the ping at the start is like telling me how fast a horse ran in it's last race. It can be a measure of what to expect, but it's not immutable.

    - Have 90 ping
    - "Sweet a stable lobby"
    - Readies up
    - Match starts
    - Lags like ######### in game

Complain about bad ping? I wish they sent me that when my internet is not at it's best. Before DBD I had no clue what a lag switch is, but apparently anytime the game has a tiny issue I am a haxor using one and have been reported.

Exactly, starts with a good connection for everyone and next thing you know your teleporting around the map like your the nurse and you stand still before interacting with a hook or generator.
