Teaser title is ‘Don’t Blink’
With plenty of eye and looking/watching hints in their comments now and before in previous teasers.
Otherwise this is again heavily Pennywise coded which cant be just coincidence or Community trying to see it everywhere.
Also, very different tone in this teaser, creepy and weird.

Uhm pennywise has nothing to do with blinking or eyes, I guess its a teaser for SCP-173 killer "The Sculpture"

yeah, those were different observations. Not sure whats up with the eyes, maybe nothing specific and more like them saying there is something more to see..
Pennywise for the overall Tone of this teaser, clowns and Party/circus theme, the singing, the balloons, some focus on red balloons, ripped of arm (Hello, Georgie!) and Dwight with his head obscured by a red balloon.
Not saying this confirms Pennywise, but there is a theme, same with the Entity animated video. Could be just bc Entity and Pennywise being similar and Clown and Anniversary Party being Party themed. But its very clearly trying to hint at Pennywise (maybe their way of mobilizing the Community to Show their interest so Stephen King can see the demand?)

SCP is licenced under creative commons and needs everything related to it to be licenced and available to the public under CC, including the code the game runs on. A DBD Collab is unfortunately impossible for this reason, though I would absolutely have loved to see an SCP chapter.
Personally, the upkeep of woodland imagery and allusion to blinking feels tied more to Slenderman than any other licence, though it also feels like this could be teasing something original.

Very well made teaser trailer but I couldn't tell you what it was hinting at beyond the anniversary event (if there even is anything at all there. I'm not seeing the Pennywise connection that a lot of people are suggesting).
Side note, what are the chances this 1 minute trailer ends up being better than the entire DBD movie that we'll be getting some day? Maybe they should let whoever made this make a DBD movie on a shoestring budget if Blumhouse don't pull their finger out.
