Not proposing this as a solid change, but rather just seeing what people's opinions would be and feedback aiming for balance without boosting or stripping potential of the killer;
A slight alteration to how frenzy attacks and mending affect survivors. Deep wounds no longer solely activates a timer but also a stackable effect, putting tokens on individual survivors as the hits land. Once a set amount of tokens are reached it activates the exposed status on the affected Survivor which is only removed by hook. While affected by these tokens an overlay of the bleed-out meter will decrease at its standard rate similar to dying state. This meter will not replenish except by a small percentage each time a Survivor is mended and incurs a small penalty to repair speed which increases with once the meter has depleted. In order to remove tokens and repair penalty Survivors must be mended by a teammate. Mending is extended for each token acquired and Survivors no longer drop from dw timer depletion.
This way as long as teammates are still present within the match you are not oppressed with an irreparable affect and can seek Aid, but without said assistance the team will suffer but not be incapable of surviving. With the right required number of hits a killer would be discouraged from tunneling while also benefiting from switching targets to keep up pressure.
