CAN WE GET MULTI VOLUME CONTROL?
Hello! I am just making this because I know I can't be the only one who wants this change! We only have 1 volume silder to conrol the game sound and it's a little annoying, especially when I want to stream and the game is so loud or to quiet. I would like to be able to adjust different sounds in the game to fit my playstyle but also to make it better overall for stream. I don't know if only having 1 slider to control all volume is what you indended to keep forever.
exaples like killer music. sometimes I have volume high so i can hear everything in game, but then killer music is blasting so loud i can't hear anything, or dredge darkness as it gets louder it's same thing and I know it's ment to be like that to a point but it's really annoying that it can't be adjusted. Listening to other sounds like footsteps and crows, id like to hear without having game vol on full blast. muliple and more things but you understand. I know it might be hard to do or you just don't wanna do it but, it would be nice to have the options. does anyone agree with this idea?

Especially on killer you shouldnt be able to make the game easier for yourself by changing the volume options (like upping footsteps).

disagree
For every other game I'd say yes absolutely, but with how reliant this game is on sound for information I would say no. If everyone had the option to change the volume of, say, killer music, no one would have it on. Without any killer music, on the survivor side you'd be able to perfectly hear where the killer's footsteps and movements are, and on the killer side the same thing but also with breathing and grunts of pain. Similarly, people would jack up audio for things like crows. Hearing subtle changes in the soundscape no longer is a skill because the noises are no longer subtle. Without the chase music, the adrenaline of the chase, a lot of people's favorite part, is dampened.

I think some things should be able to be adjusted
voice lines Is one I see a toggle asked for but muting it could work too.
I would personally like to mute ghoul screaming.
Stuff such as chase music / footsteps I don't not think should be adjustable due to advantage others have mentioned it can bring.1
