Toon Force as a Killer Power

For this idea, I wanted to bring forth a concept for a new kind of Killer Power that would have a lot of creative potential: Toon Force.

DISCLAIMER: There won't be any full-on details like a normal chapter concept. This will mainly be focusing on the power itself to use on a future Killer. Them being Original or Licensed will not be a factor here. I'll offer suggestions for a Licensed pick, but like I stated it doesn't need to be licensed.

What is Toon Force?

If you weren't born within or before the 2000's, you're probably not very familiar with this term.
Toon Force can be summed up as Cartoon Logic. It's a form of reality warping that allows the user to bypass the physical laws of nature and achieve impossible feats. This can include morphing their body, treating paintings and photos as actual places they can exist in, and having a form of dimensional storage they can pull things from at will (called hammerspace).
This image below explains it in more detail.

The general gist is as long as it's for the sake of comedy, they can do it. And there is only one viewer in the audience they need to make laugh: The Entity.

How it could work

Going off the image, we could very likely ignore the first part where they're immune to gravity until they look down. Outside of how difficult that could be to code, that will lead to major balance issues if a killer has a form of at-will flight.
The latter two options fit perfectly as they already exist in the game in some form. Painting tunnels/doors is a form of teleportation already there on Demogorgon, and producing objects from thin air is basically projectiles. We could however spice this up by giving said killer the option to use said object as a melee attack instead of throwing it. Imagine if Huntress could press M1 with a hatchet in hand and swing it in melee while still being able to throw it instead if they release M2.

Licensed Nominees and Original Design Ideas

Tying these in together for convenience's sake. You do have a lot of options in terms of cartoon designs to take inspiration from for an original killer. A simple anthropomorphic animal would fit the bill, the lore being one of the survivors found an old cartoon and The Entity brought the main character to life as they were watching it on a TV within one of the realms. But if you want to shoot the extra mile and try for a licensed one, there are two characters I feel like would be perfect: Black Hat from Villainous, and The Mask from Dark Horse Comics.

Black Hat

The Mask

Both of these characters are known Toon Force users that have done very twisted things with their powers. Now if we want to stay on the R rated route, The Mask is the better choice here. However, I don't think Black Hat should be ruled out just for not being from an R rated media. Being a primordial evil from before the dawn of time, Black Hat could kill someone just by breathing funny, and his entire business is stopping heroes. Just the way this guy summons people to his office is enough to warrant how great of a fit he would be.

To conclude this thread, I will describe one more thing.

Why am I suggesting this?

Toon Force is a power with a lot of untapped horror potential we only got to see with Dark Horse Comics' The Mask. Even half of the stuff Bugs Bunny has done in Looney Tunes would make for some really great ideas applied in a horror setting. It's meant to be funny, but that depends on who you want to make laugh when the power comes into play.

It's also perfect for dodging censorship restrictions in a lot of the countries the game is playable in (which has held back a lot of moris on previous killers like Bubba). By adding cartoonish ways to kill survivors, you essentially open the door for a lot of other faces to come to the game without getting each country's FCC variant filing complaints. This also makes kill animations very creative to make, as making someone flat as a pancake with a steamroller or treating them like a balloon to be popped can be passed off as okay since there is no gore involved.

This could also apply to hooks in the case of Black Hat. The hooks apply to these laws as well, as some holders wouldn't want their character putting people on meat hooks. There have been methods to eliminate hooking needs with some killer powers, although we only have two counting The Judgement. Point is there are other ways to sacrifice survivors that don't need the hooks.

tl;dr Toon Force has a lot of potential to be a great killer power, if handled correctly.
