Remember Me's Description
So Remember Me description is just wrong. Before it was for each Token add 6 seconds up to 30s.
Right now It says for each Token Survivors open 30% slower. It doesn't say how much one token is. And even if it did say 6% per token the math is wrong. (20÷0.7= 28.571s)
Remember me takes 50s to open. That would be 60% slower.
It should say: Each time your Obsession loses a health state, gain 1 token, up to 3/4/5. Each token increases the opening time of the exit gates by 6 seconds up to a maximum of 18/24/30 additional seconds. (Patch 8.5.2)

So the math does seem wrong, or at least I'm not sure how they are calculating, but what they are trying to get to:
They are referring to how much the survivor is slowed down, not the exit gate timer. So unless the time to open the gate under max stacks has changed, what it should say is 12% per token (= 60% at max stacks, or doing 0.4 charges a second.).
The reason I think they changed away from the how long it takes to open an exit gate, even though we all understood it, is that a non-obsession and obsession might both contribute to opening the gate.
Also I think they added the word damage instead of loses a health state to designate the damage has to come from the killer.
